RegexKit provides a collection of web-based tools for regex testing, pattern building, and string manipulation. All tools run locally in your browser, and no user data is transmitted to our servers unless explicitly stated.

• Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers

RegexKit is designed with privacy in mind:

• All tools run locally in your browser
• User data (patterns, text, history) is stored only in your browser's local storage (IndexedDB)
• We do not collect, store, or transmit your regex patterns or test data to our servers

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• The accuracy or reliability of regex pattern results
• The correctness of string manipulation outputs
• Uninterrupted or error-free operation
• The suitability of the Service for any particular purpose

Important: RegexKit is a development tool. Always validate and test regex patterns in your target environment before production use.

6. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, REGEXKIT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM:
